Returns Policy

To lodge a return for a store credit please contact info@ronnieblu.com

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

You have 30 days from the date you placed your order, to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.

Due to high demand we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.

Return packages must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number). Ronnie Blu is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.

Ronnie Blu does not offer returns on sale items. Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for return.
